Stephen Rose

Board Member

Stephen Rose joined the Board after recently moving back to Southern California. Stephen spent 35 years in Los Angeles as an attorney for Walt Disney Pictures, Paramount Studios and over twenty years as an agent in the Entertainment Industry, representing writers, producers and directors. Although very involved in his career, Stephen’s true passion is architecture and preservation, having owned and restored homes by noted architects John Lautner, Thornton Ladd, John Elgin Wolff and most recently a historic restoration of a 1929 hacienda style Spanish estate designed by Paul Revere Williams for the Ford family in Ojai, Ca. Having owned homes in Palm Springs over the years, Stephen is excited to return to the valley, having recently acquired William Cody’s last residential home, The Rubinstein House in Tamarisk Country Club.

Stephen’s passion for architecture, restoration and preservation led him to the Palm Springs Modern Committee as a new Board Member in 2017. Stephen brings great energy and an entrepreneurial spirit to the Board.
He is excited and honored to be a part of such a prestigious and accomplished organization.
