Julie Rogers has been a resident of Palm Springs since 1973. A graduate of Palm Springs High School, Julie has spent the last four decades living in older homes in Palm Springs proper. A true child of mid-century Palm Springs, Julie has fond memories of living and playing in the neighborhoods of Las Palmas, Vista Las Palmas, Little Tuscany, and Canyon Country Club. Her passion for historic homes and architectural preservation led her to the Palm Springs Modern Committee as a new Board Member in 2011.
Julie has worked at Palm Springs Life magazine for 22 years. Throughout her career in the advertising department, she has participated in the marketing and promotion of numerous charitable organizations and events within the desert communities. She is a member of the Architecture and Design Council at Palm Springs Art Museum, and serves on the board of directors at The Stroke Recovery Center in Palm Springs.
