Cindra Stolk has resided in the Coachella Valley (both full and part-time) for 35 years, originally coming to town for weekends and holidays. She and her husband fell in love with Palm Springs and made it their full time home for the past 17 years. Cindra is actively involved with the Palm Springs Art Museum; she’s been a President Circle member for twenty years as well as a founding member of the Architecture & Design Center.
She has a passion for all things Mid Century and is actively involved in purchasing Mid Century Homes with the preservation and restoration of architecturally significant homes and buildings in mind. Cindra was a key member of the committee to obtain a historical designation for the Royal Hawaiian Estates Condominiums, designed by architect Donald Wexler.
She currently serves on the board of directors for several Mid Century HOA communities in an effort to keep them as original as possible and well maintained for future mid-century enthusiasts.
Cindra has had several of her homes featured in mid-century publications and has opened her homes for modernism home tours. She continues to work with clients on both interior and external Mid Century Modern design projects.
