The Palm Springs Modern Committee invites you to a continuing lecture series exploring the revolutionary principles of modernist design that transformed post-war America.

Following the very successful Desert Modernism 101 lecture series, we return with a new season hosted by a stellar line up of new guest speakers.

Delve into the forward-thinking world of midcentury architecture, culture, art and design; a movement that reshaped not only buildings, but the way we live, work, and think about space.

Developed by PS ModCom Education Committee Chair, Joan Gand, and Mimi Fisher; noted architectural preservationists from the Midwest, this series offers an engaging and informative look at how modernism became a cultural force.
